Bought a pair of sandals that broke down in 6 weeks. Returned them and was given a pair same size my mistake, I didn't try them on, next day put them on and they were smaller so I phoned the store. Was told straight exchange and they didn't have the next size. No one suggested calling another store to see if they had the size I need... so I ended up with sandles that are smaller than what I paid for. Not good service in my opinion.
Looking for a new pair of shoes. Ronsons always has styles that I like.The staff were friendly and covid protocals were in effect. Unfortunately I did not find anything I liked.
Even though my partner and I didn't buy anything, Mikayla was really nice and helpful
