I had a very disappointing experience at this store today. I went in to return an item which I bought on December 29. The cashier told me that day that the bill will be sent on my email as per my request, which never happened. When I returned to the store today, the cashier Roobanpreet kept insisting on the bill, refusing to listen to my explanation. She was incredibly rude and dismissive, I showed her the Triangle Mastercard details in the app, she continued arguing with me and seemed continuously uninterested in resolving the issue. Her attitude was unprofessional and made the experience unpleasant.nShe also argued with another customer until a colleague stepped in to correct her. I really appreciate Maninder who went above and beyond to search the transaction and resolve the issue.nWhile their products are of great quality, but the customer service I received today especially when it comes to soft skills and basic courtesy, I would strongly advise to avoid this location based on my experience.
I recently had a very disappointing experience at Marks's retail store that I feel compelled to share. While online shopping, I found a pair of boots listed as available at the Guildford location. Since I was nearby, I called the store to see if I could hold them for pickup. To my surprise, the representative informed me that there was a glitch on the website and that they never had the boots available. The representative even suggested that I call the Delta store, which I did, only to find out that Guildford actually had the boots in stocknIn a twist of fate, I managed to order them online for pickup, and within half an hour, they were suddenly available at the Guildford store. This left me frustrated and confused as to why I was initially told they weren't availablenWhen I went to pick up the boots, I expressed my concerns about the hassle I experienced. Unfortunately, the manager I spoke with was unhelpful and seemed to find the situation amusing rather than addressing my frustration. She offered no compensation, citing that the boots were already discounted. It baffled me that it was my problem that they couldn't apply an additional discount on an already reduced itemnTo add to my frustration, I had a store employee discount that I had to refund because they couldn’t apply it to the discounted boots. After tearing open the packaging by the manager to retrieve my shoes, I was shocked when the manager asked me to pay for the bag to carry my purchase home, especially after all the trouble I went throughnThis entire experience has made shopping at Marks incredibly inconvenient, and I doubt I will be returning. If the management treats customers this way, I can only imagine how it reflects on their employees. Very disappointing!
I like this store! always I found what I need and also have a good price and quality. Definitely I highly recomend

I had a fantastic shopping experience at Mark's Guildford location 10191 152nd St. Mais provided exceptional customer service, helping me find thermal wear, gloves, and steel-toe shoes while offering valuable insights. The store was well-organized, and the product quality was excellent. Highly recommend this location for great workwear and service!
