Hard to say... we went there to get a package which sadly FedEx had not dropped off yet even though the slip said it would be. This was not the staff issue but could have handle it better and more professional. Hopefully next time it will be a better experience.

Absolutely Terrible Experience – Beware of Online OrdersnnI recently had the worst experience with Staples.ca and I would highly advise against purchasing anything online from them. I ordered a printer for my family while I’m on the road trucking, thinking it would make things easier for them. Staples charged me **$456**, but I never received a confirmation email or any kind of update. When I called to follow up, they casually informed me that the order had been **canceled** because they didn’t have the product in stock.nnNot once did they bother to send me an email or call to let me know the order was canceled. I was left waiting for nothing, and they made no effort to keep me informed.nnTo top it all off, they are **dragging their feet** on refunding my money. This is beyond unacceptable for an online purchase experience. If you value your time and money, **do not** buy from Staples.ca. Their customer service is unresponsive, and the lack of communication is infuriating.

Service at this location is hit and miss. I was standing in the print shop line waiting forever as the clerk was helping another customer. Another clerk came back from his break and instead of prioritizing the line started randomly asking others if they needed help. After 10 minutes the first clerk told me to go to the other clerk and I had to wait in line for another 15 minutes because this clerk didn’t know how to handle the shipping procedures and spent an inordinate amount of time looking for packages that people were picking up.nnAlternatively, the cashiers are very quick and helpful.

Went by today to drop off a UPS package at around lunchtime. The girl handling that area was so rude unnecessarily. I simply asked if they accepted UPS as it was not clear. Handed in the customs doc as instructed by Amazon. I was rudely told you don’t need that?? Disappointed to say the least at the attitude. Needs some customer service training.

Great Staples location! Managers seem to have a good handle over their team and I witnessed them managing some difficult customers with care and professionalism when I visited today. Also was very touched by their kindness with a return I made that was a little troublesome for them. Would patronise this outlet over other Staples locations.
