Staples Lougheed

I’ve dealt with this store for over twenty years. I had a $100 item to return. I didn’t have the receipt but I did have the credit card the item was purchased on. Since I didn’t have the receipt, since it had been over 90 days since my purchase the offered me $6.99!!!!!!! I spoke with two managers and both were equally unhelpful! I was prepared to accept a store credit. I did not want cash or credit on my credit card. I’m now waiting to speak to the managers bosses on Sunday. I really expect no resolution. Note: the $100 item is a print cartridge for a printer I bought at Staples and it broke hence I no longer need the unopened print cartridges.

Good location. Close to businesses. I think it's one of the biggest Staples retailers in the GVRD.

Horrible customer service at the printing services someone called Keisha was really rude and has no idea about being cordial with customers. Someone has to teach her some manners and customer service.

Sad printing anf plotting station, once i got a plot done in 2 minutes, good eh. But 2nd time i went dor 2nd page while theres nothing printing there she says itll be an hour and I explained it only took 2 mins last time just 2 days ago and she says no impossible it takes long and needs atleast an hour. So I come next day and pickup and its 845 there a mistake in plotting and they wont do again and say come tommorow. Shittiest review ive written in my life for crappiest service ever. Lazy useless team there

It's Staples... no surprises. Just tech and office stuff. The staff do their best to make the experience pleasant, but signage and organization can be hit-or-miss. Still a good place for work related needs.
