I really enjoy coming to this Staples. I always have a pleasant experience with all the employees. They keep the print and shipping area very clean and tidy and always have a smile on their faces.nnWhen dropping off shipments or Amazon returns, the lines move very quick and I am never there for more than 3 mins. The standout employee for me is Betty. She is always so helpful and very sweet. Bright star for this location.

Heena has always been incredibly patient, and respectful while assisting her, ensuring she feels comfortable and understood every time. I'm writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience at this Staples location.nOn this Monday morning, I visited the store attempting to courier a few pages of docs. I was assisted by an employee named Amirreza. After asking for a shipping quote, he told me the cost could be as high as $500–600 & suggested me to go elsewhere. Since the estimate seemed unusually higher accordin' to my past courier experience, I asked him to check the actual rates using the computer instead of any rough estimates. After entering the recipient's address, the available shipping options were $2xx–3xx, far lower than the amount I had initially been told. When I said I needed some time to consider the options, he responded by saying that I'd wasted his time & delayed the customers waiting behind me. I found this comment offensive & unprofessional.nMy concerns are straightforward. Customers should receive accurate shipping quotes before making a right decision, esp. when Staples advertises multiple courier services. His actions gave me the impression that he was reluctant to handle my shipment & was trying to discourage me from proceeding. Whether the customer handling resulted from insufficient training or a lack of effort to verify the rates, the experience fell far below the level of service I expected.nI hope Staples' management will review this incident & ensure staff provide accurate information & treat customers with courtesy & professionalism. Experiences like this can discourage customers from using Staples' services & damage the company's reputation. Thank you for your attention. I look forward to your response~

I had a really positive experience here today. All of the staff were very kind, patient, and helpful throughout the process. They took the time to answer my questions and helped me print everything I needed for my school project. They made the whole experience much easier and less stressful. Thank you so much for the excellent customer service!

Visited this store on a Monday morning, August 3, had a few minutes before my Uber, and wanted to buy some office supplies. When I walked past the phone section, an employee just walked up to me, took my time, and asked all manner of questions about my phone, my plan, etc. And at the end of it, I had to leave without making a purchase. Sad!
