The Early Bird

Great breakfast place! The hostess at the door was super nice and accommodating, and our waitress Dylan spelling? was even better.The avacado toast and pancakes were delicious and the presentation was really fun. The food was so fresh and everything tasted yummy. The kids loved their classic breakfast. Good portion sizes. Overall great service and friendly staff, good eccentric decor, and excellent food quality. Will be coming here again!

Take a trip back in time at The Early Bird. They were very inviting on the way in. The food is amazing, filling and very well priced. The staff is super friendly and cool. It has a genuine retro feel and vibe. They played Matinee with John Goodman on the TV on a Monday morning. The customers even seem a little more high class and refined. They absolutely go above and beyond at The Early Bird. definitely a great place to grab brunch

People talk about The Early Bird. It has over a thousand reviews and a decent rating…, but does it live up to all the hype? The pricing isn’t overly expensive. Their food is creative and unique; they put their own spin on classic dishes and even invented some! They serve a delicious eggs Benedict with avocado and tomato. And they serve a dish called the Fat Elvis that has peanut butter, French toast, bacon, and deep fried bananas. The atmosphere is fun, stylish and casual. The walls are decorated with pop culture references accompanied by fitting music. This restaurant is great. It should be high on your list because it offers tasty food and appealing ambience. One of the best in London!

Popped in for a quick brunch-ish time meal. The atmosphere wasn't what we really wanted but it was not a big deal, we had our meals and the staff were attentive and pretty fast. It's a rock and role theme restaurant so it was fun reminiscing about the days of old and good music. The French toast was huge. If you go like my review and let me know what you think.

Breakfast on steroids! Couldn’t finish it all. Had the Eggs Benedict and it was just the right amount, the Pancake Stacker was ridiculous, the Fat Elvis will add to your waistline. The flavors….can’t say any more. Give them a try. Only complaint, the bottomless coffee.…you can do better. First come first served….there was a line up when we went but it didn’t take too long.

There's a reason this place is lined up on the weekends. Totally worth the wait! Service was great and the food was to die for. As were the iced coffee/spiked iced coffees! A significant amount of vegetarian dishes which is nice, but also makes it harder to choose what to order. I will definitely be back!

I imagine that the experience probably would be very different outside of peak brunch hours on a Sunday. For context, none of the places that accept reservations had anything available. We waited outside for about 25 minutes, then the host took our names, and called us after another 15 minutes. We were ravenous by the time we got in, but the coffee was served right away, but the food took 45 minutes, which is too long! This means the owner didn't assign enough staff for the busy hours. Our server, and the bus folks were running around, trying to cover all the tables. The food was good. We tried a burrito, hash with eggs, and a side fruit salad. The hash, and the burrito were very good, but I sustracted another point for the fruit cup. I believe it was $7 or $8.00 and you can see it in my picture. That was overpriced for me.

Love, love, love The Early Bird. There is so much to love about the early Bird. Located on Talbot Street just South of the The Covent Garden Market Bld. It is a great diner. First: Easy parking. Second: Great service. Third: Awesome food. Our server was plain awesome. They start serving lunch a bit early which worked out great for us. Coffee was great. Portions are huge and likely you will take some food home. Highly recommend.

Ordered the turdukey sandwich, which shall be advertise that serves 2 people, it’s enormous! But every meet hits excellent flavors, and those home fries are the perfect companion.

This is such a fun eclectic place so much to look at while you’re here! The service was fast and attentive we both had Eggs Benny and omg our new favourite it was so delicious the hollandaise so creamy, the bun toasted just right! The potato were a little overly salty for our tastes but otherwise delicious breakfast!! We do miss there in house sliced smoked brisket but otherwise will be back. Oh and the side of French toast was just the icing to the cake
