Cozy atmosphere, good food and excellent coffees. The staffs are nice and friendly. The food is kinda pricey but the quality is good to justify it Pros: Cozy atmosphere, good coffees and foods, tasty foods. Cons: Have to asked for key to open the restroom

Sadly if there was an option for no stars!!! that what I would be giving…..as a local business I like to support other local businesses, unfortunately the staff today were rude, upon receiving my order I asked if it was my order or someone eles the girl rolled her eyes at me and said yeah and walked away……..I spend allot of money at coffee culture as I tend to buy treats for my clients at the salon …..it is extremely disappointing that this was the behaviour today…..it took quite sometime for someone to even acknowledge me. I placed my order there was hair in my sandwich soggy bread the bacon was raw really disappointing.

The 2 female servers were extremely rude the owner was the only one with any manners did not feel welcome at all. Food review: Coffee 6 / 10 Breakfast Sandwich bacon 8 / 10 Breakfast Sandwich Sausage 0 / 10 The sausage was completely inedible

1 Total of eight people in our group. I arrive a little early and sit down. The server rudely comes over and says you have to order something. We advised her we will be ordering shortly as a few guests had no arrives. She walked away in a huff and then proceeded to stare us down. 2 she brings the wrong food and then gets upset that she brought us the wrong order and then abruptly threw it in the garbage. 3. Had to use the washroom and you need to get a key. One of our guests brought the key back to the table and the staff member came over and abruptly grabbed it off the table and chastised us for forgetting to return the key immediately. 4. As a group of eight we had to use chairs from other tables and as we are getting ready to leave she comes over to yell at us like she is our mother demanding we return our chairs to the tables we borrowed them from. 5. As a group of Latino-Canadians it felt a lot like racism. She continually rolls her eyes and treats everyone like garbage. I have never experienced anything like this in my life and am not the type of person to write reviews or complain but my group were made to feel so terrible. I don’t understand how someone could be employees in customer service and then treat customers who are going out of their way to be nice to her. I can not ever go back and would recommend everyone avoid this place. You pay extra for a nice experience but Tim Hortons is cheaper and friendlier.

A friend and I wanted to catch up in a cozy place to get out of the chilly rainy weather. The staff @ this Coffee Culture are so friendly & welcoming. I ordered a SuperGreen Smoothie, she ordered a coffee & scone that looked yummy My Smoothie was totally Delish & reasonably priced. My only suggestion is, in the interest of the Environment, that it be served in a reusable glass. I would love this place EVEN More if that could be done. I must add that I neglected to ask for that, so perhaps you already do this Definitely will return to this location! BRAVO

I am made to feel very welcome. I bring clients in, the service is a delight to my day. Coffee is tasty. Thank you ever do much . Love the staff so friendly.bless you

It was my first time being there, and staff seemed pretty rude anytime we had a question eg for the bathroom key and even taking orders. I will say I loved the smoothie I got, and there was one man working who seemed lovely... But overall felt a little uncomfortable there.Food: 3/5

Great interior space with fair prices and good drinks. Got the Power Up smoothie and the raspberry cheesecake. The smoothie was like a better version of your standard strawberry banana, with extra berries and greek yogurt, it tasted amazing. The cheesecake was a combination of a regular raspberry cake mixed into cheesecake batter just like at Angelo's with a strong raspberry flavour but not too sweet or tart but extremely filling

I am very disappointed with this place. I have been a customer of coffee culture for several years. Woodstock, Ingersoll and London. This location is by far the worst. Now as far as I am concerned, this is not a fancy place as some seem to think. I think London is relatively new to cafe's and baristas are concerned. The menu is basic and seens all the food is outsourced. The coffee....well, nothing special at all about this coffee. Its all very mediocre. Its a Timmies with some lipstick. Discount lipstick at that. I am not sure if there was a managment change, but I was gone for a few years and when I came back the old C/C was differerent. Just is. Now today when i went in and got some cold looks and didnt feel very welcome. The owner, a mid aged fella seemed to almost try to find a reason to come speak with me and make me feel unwelcomed. I was tidying my bag before hitting the road and places a few cans of soda pop on the table for a few seconds. Man, was that dude all over me. He was ready for the pounce. Then he almost searched for the staff for support and they fell right in line saying that I left the toilet room a mess. Absolutely not true. And a habbit of mine is to leave the space I am in a little better than when I got there. Its been a habit for 25 years now. There is nno personality in the place, I believe they use to have some great art by local artists. Adding a licquor license is almost a last ditch effort to drag some sort of business. Its sad to see. It needs an identity and needs to stay true to that.
