Excellent hotel. We had an accessible room which was very spacious. The hotel is pet friendly , huge +. The staff are super friendly and very accommodating. The room is luxurious and the bathrobes and slippers add a very nice touch. Very clean and looks new . The location is perfect if you want to be in the village.
We have always enjoyed great accommodations in Whistler. On past visits we have had great stays at the Whistler Holiday Inn, Hilton and Westin among others. Every place was great. But the 4 night shoulder season deal we got at the Crystal Lodge Whistler may rank as the best value accommodations in all our travels. We loved the loft suite and all the amenities. They even offer complimentary guest passes to Whistler Core gym for guests looking to exercise during their stay. Crystal Lodge has just moved to the top of our list of places we hope to revisit soon!
The rooms were pretty small for what you’re paying for. I think that might just be the Whistler price point though that you need to expect if traveling to Whistler. I liked the staff recommendations that they had given me on a couple of occasions. The location was fantastic And you could not argue that you were in a great spot. Parking was a little bit awkward, but space is limited in Whistler.
We spent a 10 day skiing holiday at the Crystal Lodge. The hotel is situated in an ideal location in the main thoroughfare of the village with easy access to the main lifts and to all the restaurants and shops. Having said that we didn't experience any issues with noise whilst in our room. Our room was comfortable though not expansive for two double beds but good given we didn't spend much time in it. The reception area of the hotel was a great place to relax. If in Whistler again I think this would be my first choice of hotel.
My friend and I stayed at Crystal Lodge earlier this week. We wanted to catch some spring snowboarding at Whistler, and this hotel did not disappoint. We were a 5-minute walk from the gondala, which made the experience even better.nnThe front desk upgraded us to a bigger room originally Crystal Double room but switched to Deluxe Queen, and I highly recommend for parties traveling with snowboard/ski gear. Room service always made sure the room was cleaned and ready for us by the time we came back from the slopes. The staff was very friendly throughout our entire stay.nnThe hot tub was amazing after a long day of snowboarding, and the restaurant downstairs The Old Spaghetti Factory was conveniently located inside the hotel so we were able to grab late night food on the day we got in.nnFor those traveling to Whistler, I highly recommend you look at Crystal Lodge!
