Hilton Whistler Resort & Spa

We recently stayed here with our 8 month old daughter and it was a great experience. The room was nice and spacious and the wood fireplace was really great to warm up with. It was nice and quiet while we were in the room, no disturbances at all. We ordered room service a couple of times and it was delicious and delivered to the room surprisingly quickly.nnThe location is great, right on the edge of the village near the Whistler gondola. Very easy to walk to wherever you want to get to in the village.nnThe pool was nice and warm even when it was a bit cooler outside.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Whistler Resort and Spa. The rooms are clean and kept tidy everyday. We were impressed with the daily refresh of towels, toiletries and firewood, the bed is made and kitchen area is clean. We love how close the hotel is to the Whistler Gondola, making it easy access to ski/snowboard. We are most excited and appreciative of the valet service at the end of the day to store our boards for the next days adventure. The little things like ice cold water in the lobby area was surely refreshing. Lastly, after a long day on the mountain, relaxing in the jacuzzi was a special treat. Our family will definitely stay here again for years to come!

The location was excellent for skiing and the breakfast was very solid. While having a fireplace was great, only receiving one complementary log for a 5-day stay seemed cheap. There was an issue during the stay and the hotel made it right in the end which I appreciate.

Exceptional hotel and staff! We will definitely stay here again based on the great experience we had. The hotel is well-maintained, clean, and the staff consistently provided the best possible service they could. The location was perfect being at the base of the Whistler gondola and it was ideal to have the ski rental on-site. The rooms were roomy and we appreciated having the extra sink outside of the bathroom. Overall, this hotel is managed very well and it shows with the exceptional hospitality that is provided to all guests. Highly recommended!

Great service when check in, room are clean, big wardrobe, big space. Very comfort bedding . Happy to see Electric Kettle in room. Very close to the Gondola,ski equipment rental with smith sport which is in the hotel. Restaurant are also nice, In-Room Dining are excellent, and the boy at front desk evening shift are great, help a lot.nWhat makes me change the rates because today when I packed up all the things going to check out, my daughter started nosebleeds and it doesn’t stop , I had called front desk to ask a bit late check out, because can not walk down like that, she even not asking if we need a help, only said can not be late, I said you even not asking how long I need and if I need a help, I just want 10-15 minutes and if someone can help to move my luggage down. Then I called manager want to complain, even the manager is explaining that hotel is fully booked……if the service standards like this I can not rate as 5 stars.
