Four Seasons Resort Whistler

We stayed at Four Seasons in Whistler for a few nights in April.nThe resort itself is beautiful - the interior is inviting & subtle. We were impressed by the service to be honest. The staff was extremely friendly and always enquired about us and if we need anything.nThe rooms are clean and obviously facing the gorgeous mountains!nnWe also tried their in room dinner service and the experience was beyond description. The food was good but their in room service was something else : a must try!nnThe resort is pet friendly and our pup was greeted with cute little bed, bandana and bowls! He went crazy in his new space.nnThey do have spa options that we wanted to try but couldn’t due to time constraints.nnOh also, do check out their app. We used the app for in room dining and chats for any help and it just made things easy!nnThe resort is walking distance to the village center and amenities.nnWe will definitely plan to stay here again sometime.

Experience here was seamless.nnService is competent and attentive. Rooms are lovely and impeccably clean. Breakfast buffet is very good. Ski valet is very convenient. In the afternoon they wait at the base of the slope so you don't have to carry your skis the 100 feet to the valet.nnYou are probably not walking to the upper village, so if you want to check out anything outside the hotel you will have to take a car or shuttle. I mention this because there's only 2 restaurants here so you may want other options during a long stay.

Hotel facilities did not meet expectations. Most hotels of this caliber have a lobby bar and lounge area where people can gather and socialize. This hotel is configured so that a restaurant serves this purpose, but the restaurant is a sports bar, it’s also the same place you have breakfast. It didn’t feel like there was another place in the hotel where adults could gather and socialize. The sauna is just a barrel sauna outdoors that doesn’t get to a proper temperature for real sauna use. Breakfast was busy and service level varied dramatically. Ski services seemed average.nnBesides above, service was very good across the hotel. Shuttle service and car service were very helpful and the best.nnOverall, food was fine. Our rooms were nice. Housekeeping was very helpful.nnMy family stayed here for 2 weeks during January 24’

Spent 1 night for our grandma's birthday and they sure made it special. Amazing hospitality. Clean room and good service.nThere was an issue with our payment but Mavi was able to resolve it.nI am so happy with my stay and plan to be back!

Spent 4 days at this incredible resort! I cannot remember when last we had such great consistent service from the entire team. Not often you get great service from everyone, but they definitely wowed us! The Macallan bar was an exceptional experience and well worth visiting after dinner.nI love the Four Seasons brand, but this place was off the charts good and above anything we have experienced at a Four Seasons! Compliments to the managers and great staff!
