Pinnacle Hotel Whistler

The Pinnacle hotel was fantastic, the room comfortably slept three of us, we love this hotel! It’s quiet, well equipped with a nice kitchen, jacuzzi in the room.nSpecifically some amazing, others you wonder why they work there. Location is awesome!nOur favourite place to stay in Whistler!

This was my best stay in Whistler! The hotel accepts dogs huge win, and is conveniently located within the village. Everything is walking distance. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean. We had a jacuzzi right besides the bed and our room had a little kitchenette that made me wish we stayed more than 1 night. I'd love to come back for a longer trip!

Cozy hotel! Room had a small kitchenette and nice jacuzzi. The fireplace in the room was really nice, as well as a large window. Didn’t use the outdoor pool and hot tub. Decent location near some really great breakfast spots. We had the bed and breakfast rate and really enjoyed our breakfasts at Alpha Cafe and Crepe Montagne.

The staff in the front desk at the accommodation were very kind and accommodating. Although the building is a bit dated, it is kept clean. Unfortunately, the carpet and bed were not of the best quality, and the closet had a musty smell. Nonetheless, I still had all the essentials I needed during my time there. The location was excellent, and the staff were wonderful. Thank you.

I only gave 3 stars. We were there for 4 days and it is ok. However, the only plus side to the room was it had a jacuzzi tub in it, other then that it was super tiny even with 2 queen size beds. The shower was at best getting sprinkled on with no water pressure. The so called heated pool was um.... Freezing. The hot tub had so much chlorine that it was nothing but foam. Would I stay again... If I had to yes.
