Fairmont Château Whistler

My husband and I just had the privilege of staying at the hotel for 3 nights while he attended a conference. Upon arrival our room which was prepared for our arrival by the lovely Prisca in housekeeping was absolutely spotless and arranged beautifully. We could not have been happier with the experience of walking into a room that you know Prisca put her heart into preparing for us. The next day she also did our stay over cleaning and again we were so pleased. The staff on the gold floor were so helpful and very friendly. The pool and workout room were great also. And the bell men and women were quick and efficient. We had a wonderful stay.

Hands down, one of the best places I've stayed at. From the thoughtful welcome messages and fruit basket, the welcome package for our baby to the outdoors, this place is a gem within the Whistler gem. We had the best service here, everyone was extremely kind and helpful. Yes it's a Fairmont so you would expect great service, but this particular location goes above and beyond. We will be back with a larger tribe for sure!

Fantastic stay at the Fairmont. The view from our room was beautiful. Wonderful buffet breakfast kept us full for most of the day - had every option under the sun. Our highlight of the trip was the walking tour which we did with Jack and Will. They were extremely friendly, very knowledgeable on the area/wildlife and answered our 101 questions - would recommend the walking tour to everyone!!

Spent 4 nights and can’t speak highly enough of the hotel or the people. You are made to feel very special. A special mention to Joanne on the Concierge desk who arranged some great activities for us and who spent as much time as needed to look after us. Also Imali in the bar and Emma at breakfast - all made us feel at home. Highly recommend.

The Fairmont Chateau is a gorgeous resort with amenities abound. Luke provided us with outstanding customer service and has every service associate here. We have a beautiful Mountain View from our room and it has been the most relaxing and enjoyable visit and it’s only our second day. The restaurants like the Wildflower are delicious and again service outstanding. We highly recommend this gorgeous resort for your stay in Whistler.
