Rooms are plain and simple, but large & comfortable. Really nice place & excellent location for the price point. Front desk staff has been super friendly & helpful. I really appreciate the daily housekeeping, so many places skip that now, and it’s really nice they do that. Only bummer is the hot tub is small and perpetually full. Highly recommend & will be back. Only suggestion to the hotel is to put white noise machines in the rooms, I can hear everything in the neighboring rooms & a simple fix like that would go a long way.
Great hotel with great value. Excellent location. The service in the hotel was great. When we came the toilet weren't flash but immediately came someone to fix it. The people in the reception were very helpful. The hotel has jacuzzi and swimming pool. Nice rooms. Highly recommend.
This hotel was so unbelievably terrible. You could hear every single noise taking place anywhere in this hotel.nnI heard babies, crying, adults, having adult time, dogs, barking, people, talking, walkie-talkies, people walking above me, Doors slamming, and everything else you can think of.nnIt was so hard to sleep. The only saving grace was that I brought my own earplugs.nnI booked this hotel because it was cheap and close to the village. I wish I had spent more money.nnThe rooms look tired and worn down. A lot of chipped paint, torn wallpaper, and marks everywhere.nnThe front desk staff was not pleasant at all either.
Rooms are a fair size for two people plus luggage and ski gear. Would struggle with 4 people for sure. Good amenities, fresh towels every day. Sauna and hot tub gets absolutely packed once the mountain starts shutting down for day. Could do with 3 of those hot tubs for the amount of people. Not my idea of enjoyable but whatever.nnStaff were very friendly and super helpful at all times. Very welcoming, clear and had great local knowledge about whistler.nnIt's a 10 minute walk to ski lifts, but close to the supermarket and drug store for supplies, if needed.nnBars and restaurants are a short 5 - 10 minute walk away.nnI'd stay here again for the price. Good hotel.
Nice hotel, rooms are good and it's somewhat close to the Whistler mountain base. Every staff here is very nice and helpful as well. The locks they give you for your locker are horrible though, and you will probably find yourself visiting reception constantly as they break and jam and randomly switch codes. But, there is a great hot tub and pool. Also don't buy anything from the vending machine, it will overcharge you daily.
