I was a happy faithful customer for 4+ years, once they were purchased by Johnson Inc. (Unifund) I immediately started encountering issues with their support. I have had issues in the past when I was a customer of Morgex, until they got bought out by Johnson Inc. and again I had no issues prior to the buyout. but it appears that once Johnson Inc.(unifund) gets their hands on a business they destroy it. I have since switched to Baseline, and the word is that they're getting quite a number of applicants to their business since Meyers was bought out, by people who refuse to deal with Johnson Inc. - be wary of your service with them.

Almost impossible to talk to anyone when you call them. Get sent to voice mail everytime, where you get to listen to a longwinded message before you can leave a message. Been a cluster ever since they changed companies.

I WISH I HAD 1000 Google accounts and can review their BS. You guys will cry if ever done buisness with these people. The worst experience of all time , I had the commercial insurance in Edmonton through these guys , and never got any response on time, and they charged $100+ each month for the same thing what I have now with other broker.
