First Canadian Insurance Corporation

I have had a great experience with First Canadian Protection Plan. I purchased a used hybrid truck and with worries about any of the hybrid components going I wanted the added assurance to know if anything went wrong for the first few years I would have a protection plan in place. Plus with the added bonus if I didn't use it I would get a portion of my costs that I paid for the protection plan back at the end of the term. So seemed like a win win in my books. I was very lucky that I have made it 5 years with out any major breaks or issues. So I never needed to use my protection plan. I contacted First Canadian after my term was up and they were so great to deal with and it was so easy to file for my experienced based rebate. I highly recommend dealing with them and when ever I get my next vehicle I will be working with them again!

Her communication skills are very good and she answered my emails and calls on time. I would like to thank you for having such a professional representative working at your company. Always had a great time dealing with them. Very knowledge about, specially one of the girls, Kate, I believe her name was. Always awesome to deal with. Any claims needed, specially my tire claims, get processed super fast. Absolutely love the service and will continue to get my extended warranty through them again.
