East Side Mario's

I must say this place is always enjoyable! I took my 4 children and they really enjoyed the food, kids pizza,chicken fingers i had the trio it and the drinks were the star of the day! It was very busy and was grateful to get a seat quickly! Service was slow but okay we understood because it was busy! Thank you for making fabulous food!

Sat lounge side this time. Our server Kaden seemed uninterested in properly serving us. The salad was great, but the overall main dishes lacked sauce and taste. Well it will be a long while before we will be coming back. :

I visited the restaurant today to pick up my order from the pick up counter, but no one spoke to me for over five minutes. My order was ready, but it started to get cold because none of the staff paid attention to me. I tried to get their attention, but they just walked by without saying anything. As a result, my order was delayed, and by the time it reached the customer, it was cold.

This is a New York style Italian restaurant with all you can eat soup, salad with an entree or pasta order. We came on a Saturday evening so the staff were overwhelmed and understaffed. The servings were large and the food was tasty. It was like Olive Garden with better tasting entrees but no bread sticks . To cap the excitement, some idiot pulled the fire alarm and we had to patiently wait for the firemen to come and shut the loud thing off. It was fun though and the firemen were good looking so the ladies cheered and clapped both for them and the alarm being turned off.

The service here is amazing. I almost had forgotten how eh a lot of other places had become. This place blew me away.nTerran i hope i spelled that correctly took care of us.nDinner was amazingnYou have to try the violet iced tea lemonade. IT’SO PRETTYnnLoved the experience here. Thank you!
