My family and I had dinner at your restaurant on March 11, 2018 to celebrate my birthday. We had a party of eight. With that in mind, I understand that we may have a wait before our food is served....but over an hour, to me is unacceptable; especially if I ordered soup and salad as an appetizer! Although the waitress apologized...it did not seem genuine. I feel we were neglected as she waited on other tables who received their meals before ours. After speaking with the manager...our food was served right away. I've patronized many restaurants in the Rochester area and have never waited this long for a meal. We were seated before 2 p.m. and had to cancel our movie plans because of the long wait. Not a memorable birthday experience for me.😐 By the way...inspite of the service we tipped the waitress appropriately.

We had a great lunch...food and service was great. Burger was a little under done versus the medium well, more red than pink. The bacon on the burger was phenomenal. Wife had a 1/2 sandwich and was given clam chowder and a salad, she enjoyed both, but was too much food.

Amazing food and atmosphere. The service is always great and the menu is pretty expansive. It is quite pricey but more than worth the cost. Good location to celebrate special occasions. I would highly recommend for a good experience.

Delicious food, prompt service, gluten free options, and KILLER cheesecake! I also was very impressed that our server noticed that the birthday girl did not want a lot of attention brought to her and discreetly gave her an awesome birthday treat. Seriously though, that gluten free pasta...yum!

Been to two other locations and everything was great. First time at the Pittsford location and we were seated at this tiny table in a corner, one side against a wall and then another table two feet away, if that. Server had to serve over our shoulders for us to grab our food and drinks because we were so close. Pretty much impossible to have a conversation without your "neighbors" hearing everything. Meanwhile, the gentleman next to us blew his nose multiple times during dinner (yuck). I hate giving a negative review but was an extremely unpleasant visit. I won't even begin to comment on our meals. IF there's a next time, definitely asking for a booth.
