We placed an online order today. When we went to pick it up we had to wait 20 minutes and they were not busy. We got our food home and were missing part of the order. The food we did get was not made correctly. We called the store to ask for a refund for the food we did not get, we didn't even mention the food being made incorrectly. The manager refused to give us a refund because we placed the order online. They didn't even offer a credit for the missing food the next time we come in. Basically, we are out of luck because we ordered online. Terrible service.

I have given this place at least 3 chances, and I'm done. Every time I've been to *this* Moe's location, I've experienced rude, inattentive, disinterested customer service. Operations appear disorganized and communication among staff seems poor. I've also witnessed careless, unsanitary handling of food. I absolutely do not recommend this Moe's location.

Tasty grub at a moderate price! I have been here a few times and the staff has been very friendly and fun! Very clean and well kept.

Food is great, but employees don't shout Welcome to Moe's! They might mumble it for one out of every 10 groups that walk in the door. Pretty poor. I get that the workers are young, but that's what made this place popular in Henrietta. Yes the food is still good, but I have heard from others as well that Moe's doesn't shout 'Welcome to Moe's' anymore. Kinda sad. But, they're not alone. The Victor location doesn't either. Only Henrietta.

I like some of the other locations better. This one is nice enough for lunch if needed
