Oh Chen Garden. One of the last standing, old style Chinese places to eat. Remember them, before the light up menu places and buffets invaded.... Dark, Chinese decor, great food. This place is all that and more. Prices are decent. They can deliver or do take put, but I recommend the dining experience of you haven't been. They have Chinese, Thai and a few Japanese food items. Large menu, good prices, nice portions. They have been here and long time and food is consistent. At times at can get busy, but never that Long of a wait. I miss the old style Chinese places. Happy there's At least one left in Rochester.

The layout, decorations, dark lighting, and curved half-moon booths, make really great atmosphere. The food itself is really affordable and the menu is like a small book. They bring free snacks and the waiters aren't pushy to get you out for the next group. Would go again to try something new. Vegetarian friendly.

The food is great there! I received the wrong order and they quickly changed it. Excellent service!! Can't wait to go back!

I've been to many restaurants traveled many places but without question Chen is my go-to when I'm in Rochester for Chinese food. There also is a wide variety of other dishes that are well worth the time to investigate. Never had a bad dish or poor service even the take out portions are spot-on.

Friendly and good atmosphere with attentive service. Let us talk about the food! My company and I ordered two vegetarian dishes and a whole fish dish. The Thai vegetable dish was bland and unexciting to a point that we had to add soy sauce to flavor it. The Chinese vegetarian was good And well flavoured. Our whole sea bass fish was beautifully presented but salty. The ten page very colorful but hard to understand menu, with similar repetitive items, should be reduced. Would I go back? Perhaps. Again the overall atmosphere was appealing.
