I come here pretty often, and have always had lovely experiences! The staff is kind and friendly, things are made in a timely manner, and the food is as good as Panera tends to be! This location is right by a school, so if you come in at around 3 there are a lot of students who’ve walked over from campus, so keep that in mind if you’re trying to find a large table or wanting some quiet. Overall I enjoy this location a lot, and recommend it!

Love the fact there are two entrances and the ability to park in front or out back. Pleanty of seating yet a quaint atmosphere. Very relaxing.

Poor experience with online ordering and delivery. Panera charged my card twice, then wanted to take "5-7 days" to refund the overcharge. Impossible to locate customer service, the only recourse was Twitter.

We love this location except for a few recurring issues. They always seem to be out of bread when we order meals which come with bread, especially in the evenings. The bathrooms also don't seem to be cleaned frequently enough. That said everything else is great!

Cashiers had no product knowledge, I asked what a certain salad was and they were not able to answer. So I consulted the printed take-out menu. Employees were having loud side conversations - overall store appearance was messy and felt more like I was at McDonald’s. Will not be returning
