Terrible Service now since New Ownership! My friend and I went in for two batteries. She had no clue as to what they were. She proceeded to dig underneath the counter and pulls out a basket of stuff and we showed her which ones we needed. Once we got home’ one didn’t work at all and the second one died within a couple weeks We went back and went through the same thing. She didn’t have anymore and basically said that’s too bad’ No offer of a refund or store credit. 20 bucks down the Drain! Never going back!

My go-to vape shop for ever and ever. I love the variety they have, but the people working there are what make it so great. I recently bought a Vice vape, but when I got home it was dead as soon as I opened it. I went back and Priscilla exchanged it for me no problem.

I was in this evening and asked for "G2 pods" for my Caliburn. Got in my car and realized they were the wrong ones. Walked back in, annoyed, at myself. The owner seemed to have seen this before and even offered to suck up the cost and give me the right ones. Then he showed me a bin of returns. Man, this was MY FAULT. But he still offered. I said "heck no" but thank you. Such a sweet gesture but there was no way I would let him do that. So, I bought a new Caliburn that went with the pods I mistakenly bought. Best vape unit ever!!! Also, best customer service ever!!!

This is my go to for vape products. Only wish they were open on Sundays. Online orders are quick and simple to get. Strongly recommend them to everyone.

Great service from the owner who is very knowledgeable about the products he sells. The TCV line of juice he makes is top notch as well. Flavours are strong and not sweet at all, strawberry and peach is what I got. Will definitely be going back.
