Quick service however after replacing my tv panel with a worse panel they have ensnared me in an endless loop of back and forth issues with Samsung. Beware!

I had to take my Samsung TV in last week. The power kept turning off and the wifi was completely shot. Hextech turned the TV around in under 1 week and the price was reasonable. I would recommend them to others for sure.

Contacted them for a quote for a repair in a 2yo Samsung TV change of back light panel. The repair would cost $50 less than a brand new TV of the same model. Not even close to a reasonable price.
