Our sales associate Paula was very helpful and informative when choosing a mattress. She listened to what we wanted and directed us to what she thought we would like. She answered all our questions and was very honest. She didn't push at all to make a sale and gave us the time we needed to make a decision. We will definitely be back and look for Paula to help us again! Loving our new mattress! Thanks Paula you rock!

Amazing prices on everything in store. I walked in expecting to only browse but after dealing with the amazing staff in the various departments I walked away with some very nice upgrades at a price that can't be beaten. The backroom staff was also very friendly, quick service, and very accommodating when I realized my Mazda was too small to transport the new TV. Highly recommend going to this location and I will definitely return here in the future.

If you have ever considered purchasing something from Leon’s head straight out the door and over to The Brick. On January 13, 2018I purchased a fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer from the Newmarket location with delivery and installation included. From the day we signed the contract it took them several months to even get the items in, when we were told it should take two weeks. We actually had to call an inquire on the status of our order on March 12, 2018. We just had our delivery a few days ago and my appliances are still sitting in boxes stacked in the corner of my dining room. You get the royal treatment when they are trying to make a sale off of you, but once that contract is signed you can kiss that service goodbye. The head of store general manage is refusing to speak with us and making his sales representative deal with it, leaving us waiting by the phone with no one willing to address the issue.

Big SCAM at LEONs in NEWMARKET My wife and I bought $14,000.00 worth of appliances from them . General Manager ROY DIPCHAN , we paid for a warranty and for everything to be installed . ROY had it dleievied and didn’t get it installed all of are appliances sat in are dinning room for 3 days I mean evrything ( gas stove, dishwasher, fridge , micro wave , washer , dryer ) unboxed . When we have 3 kids in the house . Then we paid extra for a warranty that MR. RoY sold us on stating they would refund are money if we find the product cheaper then what we purchased it for at time as long as it is less then a 4 month period. They are to refund are balance. Well let me tell u we found it for $3,000.00 cheaper at the brick down the street which Leon’s owns ... and this GM Roy did not follow the contract. Instead he refunded are whole purchase and had the appliances picked up from are home . After they sat in are house for 3 days stacked high unsafe . Are house has been a mess since we have all because of ROY unreal what a waste of time And u can smell alcohol on his breath

Purchased 5 grand worth of furniture which included a Serta mattress, worst bed imaginable. Bed is half soft and half hard...seriously how does this happen!!!?? Spoke with manager Annie, after they sent out not their usual guy Vince as per girl in customer service, she said Ray is our usual guy not Vince but manager Annie said Ive known Vince for 20 years, they' re practically buddies and she trusts his verdict that the bed only sags 1 inch and it should sag 1 1/2..but I tried to explain the defectiveness..she did not care, her reply was " Ive been here for 20 years! Spoke to another manager Daniel who commented on the other manager Annie" oh shes been here 10 years". Oh I see Annie is a liar...in a nut shell a year with this back breaking bed and no help as of yet...Both managers should not be in their positions. Frustrated and I will not stop this unjustice that this has caused me.
