I have been ordering my cakes through Cake Box for a while now. I have always received a great customer service. They are very responsive and their custom designs are great! They are very professional and their cakes tastes really good. The only thing is their prices, they are somewhat higher than other Cake shops. But I will still go to Cake Box for my custom cakes due to their Excellent design skills professional/timely service
When it came to our wedding desserts, Cake Box did NOT disappoint! The most difficult part of our cake tasting was that we wanted every flavour they provided! Cake Box created our wedding cake, cupcakes for our 75 guests, and our football cookie wedding favours to go with our reception theme. I'm secretly happy we had some leftovers to enjoy the next day, because everything looked and tasted amazing. Huge thank you to Jessica and the entire Cake Box team!
I was extremely disappointed and embarrassed with the wedding cake I ordered from The Cake Box. The fondant developed bubbles I was advised to just pop them with a pin and was too thick, the cake was so dry it couldn’t be cut and served properly crumbled and it was sickeningly sweet. I received a refund for the cake $290 but not for the delivery fee of $150!!! It was a disaster and caused a lot of stress! A full refund would have been the appropriate thing to do. What a shame.
I asked The Cake Box to custom made some cookies based on the two favourite stuffies of my kids. These cookies were intended to be handed out as treats in birthday party loot bags. I picked them up yesterday and the kids absolutely LOVED it! They turned out to be amazing and yet they tastes amazing too! Thank you The Cake Box! All the kids especially my kids were over the moon!
We are so happy we chose The Cake Box to make our wedding cake and wedding treats! Jessica did such an amazing job of bringing our vision to life - and WOW was it ever beautiful!! Jessica was easy to work with, flexible and helped make our decisions easy. She even delivered to our venue and made a gorgeous spread. By far the best cake and treats we’ve ever had!!
What a wonderful experience with Yvonne and Robert! Organized my wedding in three weeks and they were so helpful, patient and professional. My cake was exactly what we wanted and we went with four flavours of their specialty cupcakes and they were a huge hit!! Very reasonably priced for such amazing quality! Wish I lived closer to enjoy more often!! Thank you for everything!
Love love love this place! We chose the Cake Box to make our cupcakes and cake pops for our wedding and everyone was raving about them! We ordered lots to have for people to snack on during the night and the cake pops went fast!! Amazing couple that runs the place, so kind and great to work with, great pricing, and even more great quality of food!
5 stars! It was my first time ordering a custom cake and it was a great experience! They were very responsive, accommodating, and helpful! I sent them a picture of a cake I found online that I wanted the cake to look similar to and they exceeded my expectations! The flowers were beautifully made and their attention to details was amazing! The custom cake was for a 60th Birthday party and the birthday girl absolutely loved it! The cake was beautiful and also delicious! I highly recommended The Cake Box!
I used Cake Box for my wedding and they went above and beyond my expectations. Due to an unforeseen circumstance the team had to move quickly and made me an entirely new cake the day of my wedding. They did so without complaint and it was clear to me they deeply care for their customers. Beautiful cake & the lemon flavour was delicious.
The Cake Box recently prepared a cake for my Aunt's birthday, who just recently retired after having been in the nursing profession for several years. Robert was very attentive, following up with me on diligently on the specifics of the design and desired cake flavour. All I can say was the cake blew me away. Not only was the cake aesthetically pleasing to look at, but this is by one of the best tasting cakes I have ever had. Thank you Cake Box for making the experience remarkable! P.S. Would highly recommend Cookies and Cream if you're not sure about which flavour to have - great with both kids and adults
