Pretty good bubble tea / boba The special thing about the bubble tea shop is that they also sell a ton of anime and kpop related merch inside on display! The bubble tea was pretty standard, nothing too special. I didn't get the bubble waffles this time but I know their bubble waffles are amazing from past experiences in a different location.

It's a bit late... But got this super cute Tata Bubble Waffle on a snowy day and it was perfect! Adorable, delicious and made my day! There was no line but there was still quite a long wait, not sure why.. but worth it. Update: back again for Suga's birthday. Got the Blueberry Eyes Bottle today, which is funny because I was just listening to that song earlier today hahaha. Love these specialty drinks and of course the decor and freebies

I left my wallet here and they kept it for hours until I went back to get it. There were quite a few cash in my wallet but nothing was missing! The employees here are so honest! Thank you so much! Of course the bubble tea here has got the best quality too!!Food: 5/5

Neat bubble tea shop in the Olympic Village area. Lots of bubble tea, slush and blended drinks to choose from! Ordered a Milky Way coconut milk and sago and Watermelon slush with mango stars. Both delicious but I found them a bit pricey compared to prices around the rest of Vancouver for the same or similar drinks. Also ordered a regular bubble waffle. Nice and crisp on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside. Really light texture and perfect to go with our drinks!

Were very accommodating and made me 3 custom drinks upon request. The drinks were so tasty and the coffee ice cream waffle is to die for.. Will definitely return. Only downside was that the mango drink lid wasn't on properly and spilled all over my passenger car seat other than that no complaints.

Shop is cute with a nostalgic vibe, but seating area is pretty cramped. Their menu is quite extensive with a large variety, lots of the flavoured drinks run really sweet but others aren't so much their Thai tea, for example, is actually one of the better Thai teas I've had at a place that doesn't specialize in Thai tea. Some of the toppings also tend to have an artificial taste, but their egg pudding is pretty good. For both drinks and waffles the prices run pretty high.

Had the Supreme Mango apparently their #1 drink and it was average. Not worth the $9. Staff was very friendly but service was slow.

We were so excited to have the BBT Shop open near our place. We have been there a couple times now. First time I tried the mango slush with pearls and it was so delicious. The second time we tried the Thai milk tea with their original bubble waffles - the Thai milk tea wasn't sweet at all and it definitely needed more milk. The bubble waffle wasn't as good as I remembered either - the outside was crispy but the inside was kind of dry and not chewy like they should be. Also, it had a bit of a cinnamon taste to it which I'm not sure if it was meant to have! They've only been opened for about a week or so, so hopefully they will fix some of the glitches!

One of the best brown sugar pearl milk that I have!!! Its called supreme brown sugar pearl milk. There is vanilla ice cream on top. I wish they could deliver here at my place. Its too far for me to travel since i dont have a car. I would definitely come back here if i have lots of time.

HK style bubble waffles with many improvised versions. So far, had tried their Mocha-Matcha bubble waffle 1st pic and the dessert-plate Super Matcha served on chopping board, topped with few scoops Matcha ice-cream/red-beans/whipped-cream, sprinkled icing powder & condensed milk. Loved the red bean as not so sweet. Didn't really taste much Matcha in the ice-cream or bubble waffle. Overall still too sweet ...HK style bubble waffles are much much less sweet. It could be that they adjusted so to carter for local's intense sweet tooth.
