Boba Essence

Our usual place was closed and this one was still open on a Wednesday night so we thought we’d give it a go. Was not disappointed. Staff is very attentive and friendly, great selection of teas and drinks, they are very willing to customize. Pearls were perfect, sweetness level was exactly what I requested. Ill be back for sure!

This is my favourite bubble tea spot in the city by far. Not because it’s fancy which it’s not but because they have so many options like soy milk and coconut milk, and are happy to make things according to your preferences like 1/2 sweet or light ice. The staff is really friendly and the pearls are always cooked perfectly!

One of the best bubble tea places in Vancouver.They have friendly staff, and pearls are always fresh and chewy. You can get a 'real unsweetened' tea with their zero sugar option. 5 stars!

Got the milk tea with pearls and strawberry mango slush with pearls. Coco and Pearl Fever have better milk tea. Milk and Sugar and Dragon Balls have better slush. Average bubble tea overall.

The bubble tea drinks had a disappointing taste. It was not what I or anyone with me expected since the rating was pretty high. The flavours were very poor and blan. In the milk teas were not mixed well which had a powdered texture feel and look to it...

Havent tried this place yet but wanted to. On Google it says they're open but they're actually closed for renovations so heads up.
