A unique Italian cafe right in the heart of Olympic Village. It's like stepping into a restaurant in Italy. Fabulous authentic Italian cuisine! This place makes one of the best pizzas and pasta I’ve ever had. Frankly, here is the most authentic pizza I've had in Canada; it's better than some of the stuff I enjoyed in Italy! My mouth salivates whenever I think of that piece of pizza I shared there The staff are very professional and accommodating especially Patric. Gusto has become one of my favourite places to visit since last summer. The whole experience of dining at this place was such a pleasant surprise.
Lovely place to have a latte and some snacks. Considering I am Lactose intolerant they had almond milk and gluten free snacks. A taste of Italy too. You can also park and walk around the waterfront. Yumm
The coffee and latte were great. The waitress did not know much about their pastry. They confused us more. The quality of tiramisu was not great, but the pistachio pastry was perfect. I will come back to try more foods.
Molto bene!!!! An Italian cafe in the heart of Olympic village. It's like stepping into a cafe in Italy. Went there as last minute decision and happy we did. Everything was fresh and delicious. Lasagna, bolognese, and the in-house bread. Always do the in-house bread. Don't skip dessert. Walk to the other side of the cafe for the freshest gelato in the city. Pro-tip: have no regrets. Order it all and go more than once.
Ok it's a little pricey, but often good things comes with a price. Good for kids. Pastas and Flatbread were delicious, panini could have been toasted and missing olive oil, but the delicious desserts made it up! One staff was a little grumpy but everyone else was nice and did a good job.
Lovely place with great atmosphere. The food and the desserts looks amazing. I'm sure gonna try them next time. The coffee is good. Expensive prices.
Magnifico!!!! The 3 pastries were ordered by me alone. The salmon/ Vancouver was so good we came back today for more. Added 3 more pastries and penne bolognaise which we didn't have time to photograph. High, high up on my Favorite list, anywhere any style. Just great ingredients very well used. True pleasure
Really hard to get a table, the place can't decide if it's a takeout cafe or a restaurant, so you're navigating through a crowd of people standing waiting to get their coffee and some random tables in the back with table service. Ice cream is sold at a separate counter like it's some other independent business, except staffed by the same people anyway. Pizza was extremely salty, and barely any cheese, which considering the high price is a bit of an insult to customers. Sizes seem to vary significantly between two people ordering the same thing and I understand from those who suggested it that the quality can also vary wildly from one day to the next as apparently they usually have more cheese. Crust is good though, crunchy crust you won't find anywhere else.
Totally unexpected how much I enjoyed the Roman style pizza. Can seriously say it is one of the most tastiest pizza in town. Super simple…crushed tomatoes, meat and cheese. The cannolis rock as well.Recommended dishesPizza Prosciutto
Tasty fresh pizza! Really great crust and fresh ingredients. Love the outdoor seating in Olympic village. Great selection of pastries and Italian goodies as well. Very authentic.
