I can’t complain about the store itself, staff was very friendly and helpful, things were delivered on time. But the quality of the furniture is complete trash. We aren’t a wealthy family and worked really hard and spent our hard earned money on a sectional, bar stools, and some dining chairs. The couch we’ve had for a year and a half, the threads are all coming loose on the seams as well as all over the couch. The material looks old and worn already. Two of three barstools literally broke off at the weld points, luckily not while someone was sitting on them cough cough, my two year old or it could have resulted in serious injury. And all four of our dining table chairs are wobbly. I should mention the bar stools and chairs are less than 6 months old. We replaced one bar stool on warranty and same thing happened within a month. Don’t buy Brick, you would be better off burning your money and sitting on the floor.
The delivery guys were horrible. It cost me $98 to get a $78 box spring delivered and then one guy just dragged it down my whole driveway as the bigger guy walked ahead with his clip board. Brutal service and I will never use the delivery service again, next time we will rent a truck. I'm currently trying to get my delivery fee back but no luck yet. Update. I got my delivery fee back. But I still won’t use them again.
When I walked into the Brick in Pitt Meadows on Sunday evening before Labour Day, I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted by searching online. We walked towards the mattresses and did not have to flag anyone down; Shreya had seen us come in and unobtrusively asked if we would like some help. She quickly found us the demo model I was looking for even though I had forgotten the model name. Though the store was closing, she asked if we would like to try a similar, but better quality bed. We fell in love and went with her suggestion. Without feeling pressured, we also looked at pillows, a sheet set, mattress protector, and bed frame. She took the time to explain the financing and warranty plan. By the time we were through, it was a fair bit past closing time. The staff, however, remained cheerful and happy to help us get our dream bed ordered and delivered. Many thanks to the staff at the Pitt Meadows Brick location and it was nice to see that the Brick helps raise money for BC Children's Hospital. Cheers!
The Brick Pitt Meadows had the best prices, for the highest quality mattresses! I shopped around and found the best deal, with amazing service! Farah was knowledgeable and listened to my needs & what options I was weighing out.Truly amazing advice and help along the way Thanku Farah and The Brick! Looking forward to my new bed delivery!
I had a wonderful experience at The Brick while shopping for a new washer. Faranak gave me all the information I needed to make a decision and she was personable, kind, friendly and very knowledgeable and helpful with all the questions I had. I also liked the option of delivery and installation, as it makes things a lot easier for me. She helped me review all my options and made great suggestions. She made the process a breeze. This isn’t the first time I’ve shopped at The Brick. It’s always been a great experience and my home is full of their products. It’s always gone great! Thank you for your service and support. We loved Faranak N and her wonderful kind and helpful service. We could have gone to the Brick closer to home but had pulled off the highway to look at furniture. She was so wonderful we chose to lead the couch up here ourselves instead of back in Langley. Keep her on staff! She is golden! We 3 are united in our comments. Have a wonderful day and year!
Jessica Edwards helped us out and it was an absolutely amazing experience. I didn’t know looking at mattresses could be so fun! She was patient, kind and knew what she was talking about! The whole Pitt Meadows Brick store staff has an awesome vibe and it was just a pleasure.
We just had an excellent experience with the Pitt Meadows store. The staff bent over backwards to help us. The customer service was outstanding. They went beyond the call of duty. Thank you Matt, Amanda and the complete customer service team
Best ever I was able to buy everything I needed for our condo in Big White and new couch in the mainland Farah totally helped set up everything smoothly I saved a ton on fees and prices with the sales and was treated extra VIP!!! Bonus finalized all the shopping and getting everything in less then 4 days!!! No waiting weeks to get deliveries! 10 from me.
We have purchased from the Brick for many items for our home and have always had a wonderful experience each time. Staff is friendly & never pushy. Today Miranda helped us @ the Pitt Meadows store and was awesome!
