I had Michael help me buy the switch 2 today, I was unfortunately an annoying customer who paid with cash coins and gift cards but he was so nice about it and didn’t make me feel like a bother at all!! So helpful very good customer service :

I'm thrilled to share my experience in the West Maple Ridge store Nov 26,2025. I went in for supplies and an item couldn't be located in the overflow bin. While I waited for the team member to exhaust the search in another part of the store, I was approached and asked at least 5 times if needed assistance. Kudos to the team lead there. It was refreshing to see their client care in action. Well done!!

Regular customers of staples but still not getting good services from printing team, already placed 3-4 orders but always printed and binded incorrect and not as per given instructions. Today went in evening for placing an order but no one addressed the concerns and seems to be they dont want to even take the order may be due to accountability or whatever. Everyone is sparing time from their work to get better services but still the customers are not treated well. I am writing this after patiently waiting and it needs to be addressed through good customer services.

I like to give a shout out to Kai Koroush Karimi who was excellent in his sales and service he helped me buy a new iPad and was able to install everything from the old one. He was polite and well versed in how to use the iPad. Again thank you Kai for you patience and understanding. Jean
