Canadian Tire

Bought many things from these guys in maple Ridge. The latest was a keurig coffee machine, over a year ago. had not really used it in that time but as I stated it was bought a long time ago. No receipt, no box, no paperwork, for all they knew I could have bought it from anywhere. Mark the Manager is always top notch to deal with and you can definitely see why they are as busy as they are. It stopped working so I went in to ask their advise. No questions asked he said he would just refund me my whole amount or just go grab another one from the floor, which i did. Never a problem, never a doubt in their minds about helping me. Their return policy and customer satisfaction goes above and beyond any other store incl Costco. I also returned a pressure washer with zero effort and had it replaced as well. I am in the customer service industry and definitely know what it takes to keep a customer happy and how to retain them. This is the only place in maple Ridge to buy anything in my opinion, and this is the only place I will shop at around here. Thanks mark and your staff. Darren

You could consider Canadian Tire to be Canada's "go to" home; automotive and outdoor store. Need camping gear? Oil? A set of wrenches? A waffle iron? A backyatd pool fot the kids? Canadian Tire will have it in stock. They also carry an extensive inventory of new and rebuilt auto parts and of course tires. Typically there wilk also be a multi bay Garage offering installations and repairs

Great service in tire center, honored a 3yr old tire warrantee, good sale prices, done sooner than planned. Good service and like the "tire ratings" displayed for their tires.

They had what they said on the website and where it was supposed to be,I was in and out in a flash no hunting around. All in all a good experience
