I had a great experience at the Brick today with Susan D.! She was very patient and not pushy. I was looking at a futon and I sat down on it as she asked me if I wanted her to check availability and I said no. She stepped away for a few minutes so I could think about it and came back to me and asked again if I wanted her to check and I said yes. While he went to check, my eye was drawn to the futon next to that one which was more money, but when she came back and told me that the first one was available, she said she would check on the other one. It wasn't on sale, but then she remembered that it might be the last one and would therefore be on clearance. She checked and sure enough it was! Then she went and negotiated a great price! I am very happy! I would recommend Susan for a great sales experience! Thank you again Susan! Sandra Fredericks

I would recommend dealing with Terrie McKinnon to my family, friends and anyone looking for appliances etc. She was very professional, organized and knowledgeable!!! Also was very attentive to the details of my order which was extremely helpful since there are tons of models for each product. Lastly Terrie was fun to deal with and made the experience that is typically stressful fun...so fun that I actually paid slightly more than a competitor was willing to do because of the experience.... Thanks again Terrie!!!!!!

Oh my!! I wish i read some of these reviews before going to this company. What a joke - I agree. NOTE: THEY DO NOT HAVE A RETURN POLICY! NO MATTER WHAT !. I asked why they don't post that along with their selling features. They said it is up to the customer to know and that there is no returns policy and it is posted on the website... I was shopping in store not on the website. We purchased furniture and extra warranty. a month or so later it started to fall apart and they replaced with a damaged product ,and again, and again and again. I have spent more $$ in time waiting for useless deliveries than the furniture is worth.. Customer sales service is great until they get their money. Then you cant even speak to a manager, even if there is a problem not being solved, they ladies at the desk walk back and forth (2 feet) from you to the managers office door relaying conversation. Not to mention a complete waste of extended warranty money on top of it? The furniture will be long gone before it even kicks in. Just a load of terrible excuses, furniture, service and management. .

Anthony at the Windsor brick was wonderful! While we had several issues with other people giving us different answers to our questions, Anthony took care of us and made sure we were happy with our purchase and our experience. Thanks Anthony!
