Stop hiring Indians that are lazy. I came in at 7:35 PM and asked to print photos, and some Indian guy in the printing department said they were closing in 20 minutes and he didn't want to do it. REALLY???? His attitude, manner, and everything about him were horrible. How can your clients want to come back when they have to fight with employees to receive service? I told him there were still 20 minutes left, and instead of helping me, he proceeded to argue with me about why he couldn't do it today and that I should come back tomorrow so someone else could help me. After 5 minutes of arguing, he finally decided to help me. And guess what? We were done within 10 minutes. The way this Indian guy threw the photos I had printed at me was unacceptable. WILL NOT BE BACK. Terrible place.

Blanka was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and personable. I had a question and she went over and above to find the answer for me. I came in today to look at chairs, phones and Chromebooks. The store is very clean, bright and very well organized. Their stock of chairs surprised me - there are so many chairs in the furniture department to test out, it was easy to find the perfect one for me. Carter helped me at the cash, and brought my purchase, which was heavy, out to my vehicle. He was very pleasant and polite. I am extremely pleased with this Staples location!

Great place, great service.nHelped me with my printing needs as a newcomer.nI'd recommend that they add a debit card option to the payment options for easier payment for persons who only own a debit card.nHowever, they also have an alternative for that with their staples card, which comes at no cost. You just need to load it.

I've just returned from Staples where I got new phone and computer stuff. I was served by Neon. He did an excellent job. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Great service.

Really bad service in the printing area, the staffs who work there doesn't seem want to help the clients how to print and scan for the first time. I didn't feel comfortable and welcome at this place. I had to go some where else for scanning after standing there and nobody want to help or show me at all. Terrible service, I would never go back there again!! If you guys don't fix this problem, nobody would come back!
