Best Buy

The renovations of the store is a good idea its about time. But having all display models and never having stock isn't helpful! I could order online in the comfort of my own house or go to the states and get newest best tech. I specifically gave an employee my contact number and name for a product he ordered (Beverage Fridge) and they NEVER called. They actually sold it to someone else! It truly seems like the staff are annoyed themselves and they reflect there poor attitudes on customers.

The renovated store looks very classy. Lights and displays were amazing. Almost all speakers and headphones had a demo piece that we could try. Cameras section could be bigger. The TV section was beautiful as well. It's a nice experience to simply just walk around and try those devices. Kudos!

The newly renovated store is very stylish and has an up-scale feel. It is very organized with similar products in the same section, and almost every product has it's own display for you to try. The staff is helpful and welcoming as usual.

After they changed their stores layout it was shocking how gorgeous a store can get. Very open and clean, staff are engaging and helpful. It's a fun experience visiting this store.
