Tepperman's Furniture Mattress Appliance & Electronics Store (Windsor, ON)

Beautiful Michelle waited on me..I trusted her explicitly...bought everything I needed ..she gave me rebates back for items that went on sale I nean who does that..this was awesome. So I spent another 4700.00 and they will deliver..set up and voila I'm done. Awesome. They could hire nice mire pleasant phone people though. Not very friendly. Also when Michelle was not there another lovely girl took over and was pleasant also...great shopping experience

In terms of product selection and hitting many price points for many budgets they are the best in Windsor. They pretty well have something for everyone. The saleswoman we dealt with on our last purchase was really good with us. Her co-worker was definitely not a people person but she apologized for his behavior and sold as a very nice leather couch. Have not had good experience with their delivery service in the past but that's okay; anything I buy gets loaded into the back of my pickup. If I ever bought a room full of furniture I'd probably have to make 5 trips. Is a pretty efficient setup at the shipping dock and they help you load your vehicle.

I previously purchased furniture from the Bargain Annex (TV & Mattress). I had no complaints about my last visit so when searching for a desk for my home office I returned to look for a desk. I was extremely disappointed in a few things. The show room floor was uncomfortably packed with items and when searching for desks they were at the back corner, stacked on top of each other and there were very few desks to select from. I walked around the desks looking at each one trying to find more information on them for over 20 minutes. Not one associate offered me any assistance. I also could not find anyone to help me out with my questions on the desks I was interested in. I ended up walking back over to the bargain annex to see what they had only to be met with the same disappointment. There were a total of 5 desks to look at, all cheap quality and very small. I had to get the attention of associates talking to each other and only actually received help after my mother had arrived. I am nearly 30, looking for furniture for my own home and have an account with Tepperman's as an existing consumer. It is very disheartening that it took so much work to even be acknowledged by associates in my visit to Tepperman's. Due to the poor customer service and selections available, I made my purchase elsewhere for my home office and have a very bad taste in returning to Tepperman's for future furniture needs. I have given this rating two stars, as my last visit wasn't this unpleasant.

Not impressed with delivery and set up which I paid extra for . All looked good at first but a few weeks later noticed bed rail on one side was on the floor. When we took the mattress off it was never even screwed in we had to put that screw in and tighten all other screws as they were all loose. And I mean all loose. When I called they told me there wasn't anything that they could do for me if I would have called the next day they could have come back . What is that? I have bought a lot of furniture and appliances there and now have to replace my whole downstairs not sure if I trust their service . My husband did get the bed fixed . The holes didn't quite match up but I guess their answer was just ignore that fact.

Prices are good and selection is great. The salespeople seem to be very knowledgeable. We received our purchases on time but the delivery people scratched the wall. Nothing big deal but I had to fix the paint
