I was so excited to receive my first ever purchase of new furniture today. The 2 men who came to my apartment were beyond kind I am recovering from pneumonia. They were so quick and efficient in their set up. Most importantly to me I have a 14 year old blind dog. They engaged him in play while setting up and even set up his stairs for him. You should be proud of these men who represent your company. Well done!

Easy to deal with, answered the phone quickly and had a microwave range in stock. I went to 3-4 stores before I called them and none had anything in stock it was all in a GTA warehouse and would come in 4 days with an additional shipping cost.nnHappy I bought local!

In the last year we have purchased a new living room set, dining room set, washer and dryer, fridge and stove from Tepperman's. So we have had many deliveries to our home! In July we had our fridge delivered by Abbas and Vito. This delivery was a unique experience and Abbas and Vito's customer service was exemplary. They both went way above and beyond the usual customer service expectations to ensure we received a high quality customer experience. They treated us like we were family.
