Orange Pc

Brought my laptop there 3.5 months ago to repair the dc ac power jack. Brought early enough for same day service and was told the replacement part was there, then was told it was misplaced and I'd have to wait a day or so. Cost me $141 and it's only been 3.5 months and it was already detached/broken. Laptop is kept on a desk so there is not significant stress to the port. Took apart laptop to find the dc jack replacement was quite short and essentially pulled its soldering off itself. Disappointed with the service. Kal seems like a nice guy; perhaps this was just a fluke, but regardless I'm not happy.

Friendly staff and experts for sure. Fair prices and will fix on spot if possible. A breath of fresh air from the big name retailers’ service departments.

Just returned from another visit to Orange PC and I can tell you that whatever your computer needs are Kal will take care of them quickly and for a reasonable price. He's worked on several PCs for me in the last few years and they are still running perfectly today. Highly recommended.

I brought my laptop in because it was running really slow and i was having issues with my charger... the service was super fast an the gentleman didn't try to up sell me. He told me exactly what was wrong an fixed it in amazing time . I am very happy with the service i was given an will continue to provide him with as much business as i can

I was beside myself and frustrated when my business PC indicated it had enough of me and a blue screen appeared with an explanation…I brought it to Kal and he was very empathetic of my plight and alleviated my concerns and began diagnosing the issues immediately and he turned my concerns to moments of relief. He is professional, very down to earth and his fees for labor and material are realistic. I will refer and return when the need arises. Thank you “Sir”
