Thank you Patrick for your quick service and action in getting us set up with our new washer with a 2-day turnaround.   It was stressful trying to get the financing set up but you kept your cool.  Well done!

Came here today to grab plants etc.  Line of like 6 people.  But no cashiers.  There was one girl trying to help a couple and keep everyone patient. Poor girl you could tell she was mortified. But once again no actual cashiers available. No ETA on cashing out.  I saw plenty of employees , most kind of just standing around.  Why didn't they call someone up.  Very messy.  Plus there was a random used furnace sitting in the entrance.  Not very welcoming.   Ended up leaving everything  and leaving.

Order product yesterday to be delivered tomorrow.   Went today to cancel order and money refunded, and nothing could be done.  The manager that was there isn't trained to deal with these things.   Called this morning and pro desk said someone would call tomorrow, delivery day, to confirm delivery time.  Called back 1 hour later to cancel order and was hung up on 3 times.   This store is very under staffed and people are not trained properly.  If there is a store manager on duty they should be capable of doing everything that a manager is trained to do.   Even before store changed names its always been under staffed .

This store used to be great. Today I went to return some lightbulbs that I had purchased at another Rona store and they wouldn’t take them back because they said I bought them from a Rona dealer.  The receipt is a Rona receipt. A posted sign in the store shows they should be taking returns back from any store in Canada.  They wouldn’t accept my return.  They also had a tablesaw for sale that had a free stand with it if you purchase the saw. They didn’t have any stands in the store and said they weren’t part of that promotion which should’ve been listed at the store when you’re going to purchase it.  Another thing we noticed while waiting in customer service was 4 customers complaining about no store associates were available through the store to help customers. I don’t know what has happened to this store but do know we will not shop there again. Home Depot here we come!

Went to this store before when it Lowes and also after it became Rona+. No much difference. They need to improve the staff availability to help customers. Too long wait.nTheir systems are too slow and very responsive.nI have ordered vinyl floor instore which they took more than an hour just to provide me the printed order copy.nAlso, for the same order their system didn’t process the order properly and I was told when it’s time to pickup the order didn’t go through.nThankfully staff took responsibility and took extra efforts in expediting the order faster than regular time. Unfortunately I couldn’t wait again but have to cancel the order.
