Avoid this place at all costs. I walked in and bought a brand new laptop yesterday, and it has been stuck in a loop where it won't start up. Clearly some software issues with updates. I went back in this morning, and explained my issues and frustration as this laptop is required for work. They literally held the power button in front of me multiple times to shut it off (which I'm sure the manufacturer recommends them to do as there is an update happening) and never got the laptop to the home page but kept insisting there was no problems and he could fix it in 2-3 hours. I said I will get another laptop and I did not want to keep this one. They mentioned I will be charged a 10% re-stocking fee because there is no issues with the laptop. This is coming from the manager Mikey. As I mentioned I am still making a purchase at the store and it didn't make sense to charge me the penalty, as the laptop clearly didn't work, he mentioned a solution. He told me to purchase something that is more expensive, and he will remove the 10% penalty. Pretty much leaving me in a position where I am loosing regardless of the outcome. I will NEVER be back to this store again, and I hope everyone that doesn't need urgent service to also stay away.

Nice and clean place. NEEDED a rack mount 48 port router. Found one. Bought one. Walked out happy. But then again isn't that what stores are all about? I digress. Nice place.

Love being able to go to a store and the people on the floor know what they are talking about. Not only that you can easily find a couple who have experience with a certain product. All my PC needs go through them now. 10/10

Was my go to for PC parts, had a bad enough experience to turn me off from shopping here again. Unless you absolutely need something the same day or it's sold out everywhere else, I'd recommend new egg, NCIX or Amazon. 10 years of patronage, gone.

Place is good but is a bit of a rip off on returns. They have a 10 percent restocking fee and if any return is over 400 bucks I think they have to send you a check. Great for computer parts but not for monitors.
