Dealt with Valerie in Barrie went in last Tuesday night with hubby and looked at sectionals. We had our newborn with us. We looked at various options and sadly some of the stuff we were interested in was backordered till July. It was closing time and baby got fussy so we told her needed to feed and change baby but will be back end of week. Valerie gave us time to feed and change baby in store which we appreciated. We returned Last Friday and purchased couches with warranty which was delivered Yesterday. Delivery guys super polite and friendly. Yes their job in store is sales but i didn't feel pressured and Valerie was super helpful. Would buy from her again

Ordered and paid for a fridge early August. Received a call 4 weeks later saying it was back ordered. No problem. Then 4 more weeks of nothing. Called Leon's and was told it still wasn't in. We're at 8 weeks now. Asked for a manager to call me to explain further. The next night they called saying the fridge was in. A miracle! A day after I call the fridge magically arrives! Booked the standard 4 hour window for delivery. You'd think they'd make it first off the truck to appease a customer who's fridge they lost. Guess again. And the manager never called. But they did send me a nice card thanking me for my business. How sweet. Incidentally, the delivery guys were fantastic. Very polite and helpful.

Very poor customer relations. Had a delivery which arrived damaged before Christmas, and tomorrow is Easter Sunday. No replacements yet and we have been contacted multiple times by the company applying the magi-seal. Waiting for our final items to arrive before that happens.

Went in just looking for a couch and as we were looking my boyfriend got an emergency call for work and we had to go. The sales person said this deal was on for that day only and it will never go on sale again. Will never find a price like this ! We purchased the sofa set and warranty. And checked the flyer today and it’s all still on sale !! Boyfriend was late to his work call all because she wanted the sale that night. Greedy lying sales people. Worse than a car salesman. Can’t trust them.
