Great stay at the St. Regis. Best Valentines day ever. Can't wait to come again and check out Louix Louix. Highly recommend it! No detail was overlooked, nice message and gift from management and a beautiful suite to boot. The service level here is truly exemplary, the rooms are beautiful and spacious and clean.

Spectacular! They had upgraded me to the junior suite due to my platinum status and everyone went beyond their expectations to satisfy my every need. I could not be any happier! Definitely gained a loyal customer for whenever I have to stay in Toronto.

We were there to decorate a room for one of our very special guest. Amazing customer service with top notch 5 Star luxuries. Best thing is if you are going to stay in the hotel it has its own parking plus there is another huge underground parking next to the hotel building which is a plus.

Amazing hotel... awesome in every way. Full gym, couldn't get all the pictures as people were working out... full free weight section, personal training... lovely spa right in the great of downtown. My only regret is that i didn't stay longer but will absolutely be back. This made visiting the family worth it :

I stay here A LOT!! and the staff are great! Rooms are new and just renovated, and yeah all in all its a great place. But comparing it to other St. Regis's in the world... It dosent stand up.
