Not busy at all. I felt safe, the room was comfortable, the pillows were amazing. I especially liked the staff at the Cafe. They were super friendly and attentive. The soup I ordered was really pricey for the amount but worth it for the flavour. On the other hand the fish and chips were okay.
Marc at check in was wonderful super friendly. The only few problems where in the bath had hair on the floor in many places. And the drawer cover where the safe is was broken and fell on my wife's finger. Marc was nice to give us a room upgrade was amazing view right across from city hall.
Very friendly staff. Hotel is much quieter than normal due to Covid 19. All on site restaurants are closed. Nice room with a good view.
This hotel is amazing. They have nice rooms looking at CN tower, gym, swimming pool, restaurant and a shopping center. The lobby is amazing and beautiful.
I just felt that it is a place once should definitely plan for. If you are in Toronto then your best buddy to stay is Sheraton. A wonderful experience. Good hospitality, good amenities. It's pretty near to Union Station. Pretty good view. We will surely enjoy the stay.
