Very neat and well appointed rooms with great view of downtown. The only reason I didn’t give a perfect five was because breakfast was grab and go due to Covid. I wish they had made that clear when I booked as I was expecting a hot continental breakfast before a long day that I had planned.
My go to brand of hotel forever. Hilton Toronto did an exceptional job during my stay there. Their covid 19 protocols really made my stay feel a lot more secure and comfortable. Great service as always and expected.
This hotel is always perfect. Best, friendliest service all the time, the shower is amazing. There’s never a thing out of place. It is my favourite hotel in the whole world. :
Good views of downtown and the city. Friendly staff. Clean . Nice elevator ride with scenic views up.
Hotel was nice and clean. We had some issues with our train going into the city and ended up coming the next morning instead. They were happy to keep our room open and even upgraded it. There was also a fantastic view of the CN tower from our window.
Receptionist was kind, room service also was good, but the bed sheet was dirty, and this is not first time happened, I come here 2 weeks ago, it was same
