Pantages Hotel Toronto Centre

I'm giving it three stars because the staff was very friendly and the lobby area was pretty. The rooms on the other hand are dated and dusty. Housekeeping needs to do better... if the staff was not friendly it would have been 2 stars. The bar area is pretty decent. The location is awsome!!

Great staff, Sandra was awesome she helped me figure out what happened with a third-party reservation, fantastic service. The hotel was fantastic too very nice would go to again. No ice machine but they brought ice to the room. 5/5

Parking situation is not ideal, otherwise this would have been 5 stars for us. Room and service was great. Our suite on the 15th floor was recently renovated, had laundry and had a fantastic view of the city.

Had a great stay here. Location was great and parking was just across the street. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful and the suite was spacious and super nice! Definitely would stay here again.
