Texas Roadhouse

Everything is honest and up front. If you call ahead they let you know you’re just calling ahead to be placed ahead of others waiting. So when you go in, you are not surprised when you have to wait a little. I say only a little because after I got done navigating to the restroom, which were clean, my family was waiting at the table for me. We called ahead for four adults and two children. Big menu for kids but no crayons and place mat to keep them entertained. Delicious bread and butter. Very busy that night, so we understood food would be wait. It was worth it tho because the food was delicious. Over all a great experience.

There aren't enough of these. This place is great. It's simply, good food with good drink options and friendly people. We go out of our way to drive up to this location. Easy access right if the highway too. The call ahead seating is such a great option. It's like theme park fast passes for a restaurant.

We were in great lakes for my sons bootcamp graduation and he wanted Texas Roadhouse because it reminded him of home. It was probably the best steak I have ever had at a Texas Roadhouse, and the server was great. We had a party of 8 and he was really busy with other tables but I felt like he really took great care of us. Had a great personality and really made the experience good.

Good food but lately the service leaves a lot to be desired. Our waitress yesterday was more concerned with socializing with other staff than being prompt with our needs. One off duty employee (I presume) stood next to the bar eating cocktail cherries with his fingers before returning to chat with our server and about 4 other employees. Management needs to get these young people more focused.

This was the closest one to base. Which is 25 miles away. The bread rolls are surprisingly good! I've only been here once, but the bread rolls were the best part hands down. The wait was about 45 minutes to an hour long when I went which was abnormal according to Google and yelp. Other than that the staff is friendly, but a lot of them you can see are just standing around. Maybe a handful don't know answers or who to refer to you to answer your questions. The food was good. Go out there and try it!
