This is a great place to eat. You can order off the menu if you choose to. But the best experience here is the all you can eat. Where you go up and create your own meal you get to choose your Meats and your vegetables and believe me there are a lot to choose from. And then you get to the sauces and oils to put on it another great selection. Mix and match the sauces situation is awesome. Then when you get to the grill they cook your ingredients right in front of you. then put it on a plate for you to enjoy. You can keep going back and designing your own meal you can't go wrong because if you don't like what you made you just go back and make something else. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Very clean restaurant. An added bonus...they have carry out. They give you a bowl to go through the line and custom make your own style of deliciousness you want. They cook it and put it in a carry out container they also give you a container of rice, plastic utensils and a bag too for your carryout. So no worries if you are going on a picnic or going back to work or whatever puts HuHot at the top of the selection list of places to go for making eating carry out easy and delicious. Always wonderful friendly service!

The first time I went here I would have given it 1 star. It is a do it yourself hibachi and I'm no master at Asian cuisine. They have little recipe cards at the front of the line but nothing was appealing to me. You really have to remember what sauces you like when you make something good. There is a ton of options and it is overwhelming. The more I come here the better I get at it. My boyfriend loves it so we come here quite often.

The price can't be beat the food is decent. But i just can't get over the way the food is cooked around a huge flat top with cooks circling the outside working the pile of food in front of them. Just piles and piles of food in various stages of cooking. They trying to wipe down the top as best they can but the trough of slop underneath the cook top is disgusting. If you have to feed a family on a budget the kids will definitely get a kick out of this place.

I usually love hu hot, but my last experience was not so good, alot of the food selection on the food bar were either very low or gone completley, both times i went up there, there was only one person cooking the food which took longer and the grill was extremley high so it burnt our food, thw 2nd time we went up though it was perfect.

HuHot is an interesting place. Plenty of healthy choices to choose from. Annotating as well. I'll be back for more.
