Applebee’s Grill + Bar

I think over the years Applebees has taken a dip in their food as well as their restaurants. Most of our meals felt Ike they were prepackaged and a bit stale.. The place was pretty dingy with crayon all over the walls. There was a menu stuck to the wall with grime right next to our booth. Overall, we had a hot meal and a good time as a family, but I don’t think I’ll go back in the near future.

I do understand that they're short on servers, but waiting over an hour for our food and drinks, and having my drink served like this rather than how it's advertised. & never got our appetizer! Won't be coming back until the service improves.

First time here in years. So glad we came. Although they were short staffed, it seemed the whole restaurant pulled together to meet customers needs!! The cooks were even running out orders. Only one server was working but she absolutely rocked it! We got the 2 for $25 sirloin steaks with mashed potatoes and our steaks were perfect. Our appetizer was spinach artichoke dip and it was fresh, hot, and satisfying. I definitely look forward to coming back here.

The server we had was very nice and took care of the table nicely and fairly quickly which is why there is a 2 star rating, instead of 1 star. I do believe we got food poisoning here. This was the last meal we had for the day and the next day in the bathroom constantly throughout the day. I will probably not eat at the Kenosha or the Racine locations; both locations are pretty bad.

Ate here for Sunday lunch. Food was very good. Steak cooked perfectly as requested, and chicken broccoli alfredo was very good. No wait, a little slow, but doing their best for small crew. We weren't in a hurry anyway. Friendly staff. We want to support the businesses affected by the road construction, was worth the trouble to get there.

Disappointing! It was a week night so it was not busy. We were seated at a table that was sticky/dirty. After having it cleaned we ordered. Food was served with SEVERAL hairs in 3 or our 4 orders. The atmosphere was dry. It felt like everyone was miserable. Very very disappointed. Oh well., Scratch another restaurant chain off the list. Bummer! We used to love the pretzel sticks app.

Waiter was friendly and food was good as well. The Tequila frozen drinks could have been a bit stronger because I bought two didn't feel anything. Overall me and my friend enjoyed our dinner.

Like other places at this time they were understaffed. We waited 20 minutes just to get seated, the place was not busy at all. However we got our food it was great, everyone was happy. The one waitress they had did an excellent job.Food: 5/5

All you can eat boneless chicken wings were great! Service was also good. Our server was pretty busy, but still made sure we had what we needed. Definitely will be going back!

It was the worst experience. Food was terrible. I order boneless Buffalo chicken wing it look like they were sitting in kitchen for like 1h not fresh at all when i took a bite super cold the Buffalo sauce was super stiff. My husband order a CHIKEN sandwich the top bread was so hard that he cud not take a bite on it and the bottom bread was so soggy. Not fresh at all .. we are not gonna talk about the rude manager that shud not be a manager. She came to our table i explained what was going on .. she said o sorry for that she walk to the register. She send the bill with waitress discount my plate and my husband. Didn't even offer to replace the food.... Didn't care if we wanted to order something else...... I HATE GIVING BAD REVIEWS BUT IT WAS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE....
