My family has frequented this place many times in the past. Food and service has been varied but this last trip took the cake...or in this case the pizza pie. My wife and I ordered the 20 inch Chicago style stuffed pizza. It took them nearly one hour and 20 minutes to bring us a burnt disaster of a pizza. The crust was as hard as a rock and tasted of carbon. We told our server that our pizza was inedible and she said she would speak with the owner. The reason for the burnt crust was because we ordered with heavy heavy amounts of cheese. No, not their fault but our own fault. Who does business like that? Had we known the pizza was going to come out like that we wouldn't of even bothered. On top of all that we still had to pay for our lonely coke. Not a full refund for basically wasting nearly 2 hours of our time!? Needless to say we will NEVER be back. Also side note; the high chair that we had for our 6 month old was broken. Which is a huge safety hazard. It's truly a shame that people can conduct a business like this.

Have ordered delivery a few times now and everything has been delicious. The ruben was super tasty. One of my new favorite lunch delivery spots!

Went in for Wed chicken special, the food fantastic! But the waitress was INCREDIBLE! ,. she was curtious, she served us fast and with a smiling face. Kept up with our table. Great service!!!

The food is delicious, super delicious, and when the staff do finally get to our table they're very very nice and helpful. But every time we eat here. It takes at the very least 5 minutes or longer to have someone come up to say that "there will be someone with is shortly." But instead, there's a young lady that stands at the counter/bar area just talking to customers instead of coming over to say hello and that it will just be a moment. A greeting goes a long ways. And this has happened more than one visit too. The same young lady. She also ignored me when i called for her attention to ask about whether someone was going to take our orders after waiting for 15 minutes. Other than that, i love the food. But I'd much rather order delivery than come to the restaurant. Something needs to change please. I am happy to say as well that the place is at least clean and the food is good.

Well, months ago we ordered a sausage pizza with onion and we received a pizza with giant finger sized cuts of onion . We called to make a complaint and we were told we'd be getting a coupon in the mail that'd cover the cost of our order for future funding. We thought that was cool, however, we never saw the coupon. Months went by and still nothing. We called a few times up until today when we finally were able to reach the manager. He was very polite and everything went smooth and he placed an order for us and sent it to our house. Too bad tho, because once again we have giant finger sized slices of onion in our pizza. I'm not even going to call them back and complain at this point. I'll just go elsewhere. I miss the way this place used to be. They still have great food and I'm sure if you didn't order onions, it'd be great.. but this has just been irritating. I'll just pull these onions out and post photos later
