Within minutes Louis-Philippe called me, and I had an offer sheet less than 12 hours later. I met with LP on May 12 at the dealership and by May 20th I was heading home in my E-Transit. The staff was super efficient and courteous!nLP you delivered as promised, your a gentleman and you just gained a customer for many years to come. At Ford Terrbonne rest assured you will not receive the traditional car salesmanship that is primitive and tacky. It was honestly a pleasure to work with them! 5 stars across the board!

William the sales person was a great person helped get the car we wanted at a price we were happy to pay!!! Only down side was the financing guy we saw at first very rude and disrespectful the second guy very nice!! Is the 3rd car we have bought here and would happily return here in the future for our next car!!

Very happy with the experience of buying my Mustang Mach E with Terrebonne Ford. They know their vehicles well, they are professional and take the necessary time to explain things properly. The waiting period for the car was quicker than what seems to be the case at other Ford dealerships.nService was excellent - I had a Mach E courtesy car while things were finalized, they even de-badged the car at my request - and threw in a spiffy new jacket :-
