After reading some of these posts, I feel obligated to share my positive experiences with Motos IIIimitees.nI live in Ottawa and bought my Indian Roadmaster in western On. and have it serviced at Motos lllimtees.nMy experience for service has been top-shelf, I was concerned about bringing my bike to a dealership where I did not purchase it, but that was not the case. They treated me with the same respect. They serviced the bike and advised me of item's that were covered by warranty that I didn't know were covered. They took back item's that I ordered and gave me a full refund. They took time to show me things about my bike that were important to know.nI do not speak French, and yet they accommodate the English language without hesitatation. I owe a lot of my positive experience to dealing with Oliver at the service desk.nThe only thing I regret is not buying my bike from them.nThere's no question it's a big store, but my experiences were very positive.nKeep up the great work, guys.nTom.
I am writing my review here with regards to my experience with this dealership just to advise buyers. Back in mid august, I was told that they have the colour scheme of the 450ss that I wanted. I even had a deposit down. They stated they were just waiting for it to arrive as they ordered it. 2 weeks later, it was silence from the dealership. I called them and it would always go to voicemail when I would get transferred to one of the sales rep. Then finally, even front desk started to hang up on me. It was silence from them for 2 more weeks and they finally stated that they never had the colour of the 450ss that I wanted.nPoint of the story is, if you never had it, why prevent me from knowing it? Wouldn't it be better if you just advised me that you don't have it? They wasted precious riding days from me of 1 month. It was such a frustrating experience.
Do not be lured in by a amazing looking store. They have everything in stock and looks incredible . It worked on me. The sales part was flawless. Taking your money they do well. It was when i had issues with my Aprilia when the dealer showed how they truly do not care about their customer after they have your money. My Brand new aprilia had issues on my way home day 1 , which i told them about. A bit later i had more problems. Left 5 voice mails , about 6 to 7 emails and i called at least 4 times. They always say talk to Olivier, or he will call you back. He never does. I even left email for a sales manager who just passed me on to service. This is how you loose customers forever even if your shop is super cool and has everything in stock. I bought a brand new high end Italian bike from them and they do not even call me to tell me if warranty is approved or what is going on.nThis has been going on for a few months now.nI drove from Ottawa to buy bike from them, should have gone somewhere else for sure. Do not buy a bike here and expect good service after the sale....
