Oh, don't go here! The customer service is terrible here, the owner is so proud of himself and does not value the customer the way he should.

Bought a car 6 months ago and they showed me the second page of the carproof telling me the car has no accidents ,but in reality the carproof was " en suspense". The salesman should've told me at least that they don't have the data and they'll get back to me before delivery, but no ... I just learned the cars has 5000$ of carproof and the dealer says that they didn't knew when they got the car from previous owner. I would have never bought the car knowing this fact, because for the same price i would've found something much better. Big lack of professionalism and transparency. The funniest part they want me to pay them 950$ for them to get the car back.
I AM BRINGING THEM TO COURT.
Do never buy used from them or do your proper research. 0 trust in this dealership

Truly a dealership that doesn't seem interested in selling a used car. I was in the market for a used van. I found one online at this dealership that had the equipment I wanted, so I reached out and set up a day and time to drive 2hrs to come see it. Once I arrived I was nicely greeted by the internet manager Pascal ( he alone did a good job), who put me in touch with Michel of the sales team. This is when things started to go down hill. Michel brought out the van for me to look at. To say the van was dirty inside was an understatement. Clearly it had done been cleaned up since the dealership received, which is shocking as I leaned they've had it for over a month. After taking it for a drive, I was still interested in it and asked Michel to apprise my trade in. After the used manager looked at it I was offer a price $2000 lower than what comparable cars were going for in the market place. I told Michel to double check with his manager, which he didn't but the manager told him they won't move. At this point I got up to leave. Michel didn't offer me a card or ask me to wait to talk directly with the manager. I actually ran I to the manager as I had to go back in as I had forgotten something and after showing him that I was correct in the pricing for my trade in, he still refused to move on his offer, so I left. Fast forward a week I was still interested I was still interested in the van so I call and asked Michel for some pricing on payments terms. Well after he didn't call me back for a day, I emailed Pascal who got the numbers from. Michel for me. I decided that I wanted to proceed and purchase, however after talking with Geoff in finance I was informed that I couldn't get the term I wanted due to the age of the van. As this was the case why wouldn't Michel have told me this? Anyway Geoff told me he would have Michel call me. 48hrs go by, and I had to call Michel to learn that nothing could be done.
I have since bought a newer model van with less milage for $3000 less.
Over all I would recommend the owner of this Honda dealer review follow up, pricing practices and general vehicle clean up with their staff and managers as they are losing out on sales over items they can control.
