I was interested in a specific car from their website. I got exactly what I asked for. Their selection was decent. There were no hidden charges and no pressure unlike some other sellers. The price was already quite low compared to elsewhere, so we could not and didn't have to negotiate it. Once we decided to buy, the car was ready to drive very quickly. We went to buy a car for my dad that was priced wrong on the website. They said they would respect the price and that they would repair some faults with the car. We put a deposit. After being told it would get repaired in a couple of days after almost three weeks we had to get back the deposit since they never repaired it. We wasted three weeks waiting for nothing. They were friendly at least and that is why I am giving them 2 stars. But the overall experience wasn't good. We were told several times that the car was fixed and ended up going to the dealer several times to be told that it still had yhe main issue.

Terrible car dealership with terrible cars. Not even worthy of 1 star. I bought a car from Stephane and I have put more than what I bought it for in very necessary repairs excluding wear and tear I.e abs system problems, the car slamming the brakes while I was on the highway or the braking system not working all together I am stuck with this car as I am financing and will not make anywhere near what I bought it for. Total garbage. Not to mention, when I first left the dealership, after all initial repairs were done, my oils were not closed properly and I have oil gushing onto the inside of my hood. Seems like a step 1 in mechanic school was missed. To be avoided at all cost. Unless you like throwing money away and want your life in danger.

Don't believe anything they say, they will not stand behind their word, I was promised that the vehicle was certified and nothing wrong, they would replace the missing hubcap, provide a navigation disk and a spare set of keys....the front brakes and rotors were completely worn I was lucky to make home 800 km they reneged on their promises and would not return my emails or answer my phone calls... here is a quote from their email "First of all, I would like to confirm you that this Cadillac Escalade 2008 is in very good shape.....There is nothing to do on this car...it is really impeccable." and an email that I sent "It is very disappointing that you and your dealership have chosen not to respond and clarify this situation. There are very simple solutions, yet you choose to not respond and tarnish the reputation of your company. I am a dissatisfied customer and there are many avenues available to me to communicate and my experience and follow through on this matter. It is very sad that there are dealerships that would rather choose to tarnish their reputation and reviews as opposed to exercising goodwill and come up with mutually agreeable solution. THEY WILL DEFINITELY HUSTLE ALL THEY CAN FROM YOU. READ YOUR CONTRACT CAREFULLY, DO NOT CARE IF IT TAKES TIME OR YOU ARE EXCITED TO HAVE YOUR NEW CAR, YOU WILL SEE SOME CRAZY EXTRA CHARGES AND STUFF YOU DIDNT EVEN ASK. THEY LIED TO ME ABOUT THE PAYEMENTS, ABOUT THE SAFETY OF THE CAR, ABOUT EVERYTHING. THEY DEFINITELY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ME HERE INCLUDING THE BANK ASSOCIATES WHO THEY WORK WITH FOR LOANS.
