These people are A++. They are there because they care, NOT for the pay Cheque. It’s nice to know that they care more about the pets than our understanding of what’s going on. That isn’t an insult, they will walk through, and go over information until you’re in the know. Extremely comforting, professional, courteous, kind and over all, there for your pets. There are ways to help without having upfront money, this vet does accept pet care type financing. Amazing. Extremely supportive and helpful, I cannot stress how humble I felt leaving. Excellent service with care. Exactly what every pet owner needs! Very Reassuring.
Very caring and professional team. Their hours are great compared to other vets and they are very accommodating for same day appointments if needed. We always have a difficult time trying to get an appointment with other vets. Now that we have a new puppy, tenth line animal hospital will be his vet clinic
So grateful to have this wonderful vet office in our neighbourhood. We weren't able to get into our regular vet quickly enough. Poor pup was showing IVDD symptoms and has had IVDD before. The ladies working at reception, the vet techs, and of course the vet were excellent! Thank you for taking such good care of our fur baby
Started seeing Dr Patel and his team for a few months now. I'm so thankful I found them. They have done nothing but take such good care of my pup. I know I can trust and rely on them. A big thank you to the ladies at the front, you're all amazing!
So incredibly thankful for the compassionate staff and Drs at Tenth Line Animal Hospital. Although it was a very difficult time, saying good bye to our beloved dog, they made the process as quick and painless as possible for us and our dog. It is clear they truly care about the animals wellbeing. Pricing was reasonable as well.
I've recently given a poor review but at the time I was upset and emotional. I've had to take my dog to an emergency vet. I've needed follow up medication for my dog and the Dr has been super helpful. Even though I've given him a bad review before he didn't hold that against me. His focus is on my dog and getting her better. I wish I could edit my original post. It wasn't deserving
I came in because my dog has been dealing with pain. The Dr thought a urine ample was adequate care. Called ne later to say nothing came up. Have to go back for further tests. During the night her pain is unbearable. Had to take her to Alta Vista emergency hospital. There they will offer her the care she wasn't given in orleans. I would NEVER take an animal to this place. answers.
