Highly professional and very knowledgeable staff. The vets are also top rate - they will tell you what is happening in plain language, and give you the options for your pet. Highly recommended.

We bring our 2 shelties to Dr Kurt or Dr Kirk and have the utmost of trust and confidence in their abilities. We always value their opinions and knowledge to make the best decisions for our fury family members I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest and dedicated care for their pets

Wonderful location, friendly staff and exceptional vets. You're always greeted with a smile and your pets are loved so much they feel like they're at home. If you want exceptional service and the best care for your furry family members, you have to go here!

4 years ago, Arwen, my new golden retriever puppy needed some vet care. I had never tried the Orleans Veterinary Hospital and they were the only ones open nearby. The staff and care were amazing! Dr. Kris saw her that first time and she has NEVER given me a hard time going in. From the Reception staff to the Docs, it is the best facility that I have ever seen. I'd like to add a bit: Arwen just went through an emergency lumpectomy (big dog...big lump) Dr Als and the staff did amazing work and as always, show that they care as much about our familiars as we do ourselves. So far, Arwen has seen nearly every doctor and technician on staff and they are ALL world class caregivers.

The most 1 star reviews of a vet in the east end.....wonder why that is, this place was once great then the little office grew into a corporate house of money with no care for animals just the massive profit numbers that come with slipping in extra costs and underhanded pricing. If this was the only vet in Ottawa, I'd make the trip to Quebec.
